Outrider Mako

Outrider Mako is an action game in which we play the role of a courier delivering packages to the b?states inhabiting the fantastic world of Mayoi. The production was developed by independent Japanese studio Asamado Games.

Gameplay

In Outrider Mako the action is viewed from a bird's eye view.

Courier at the service of the gods

The gameplay revolves around acquiring items requested by the gods, packing them at a special workstation and delivering the finished shipments. In return, we receive seals, the completion of which will allow the main character - the titular Mako - to return to her world.

However, the realization of this task is not easy, because in order to fulfill the whims of the b?sts, the newly minted employee of the Bumon Delivery Center must venture deep into the land of Mayoi and face the dangers lurking there.

Fighting enemies

Various mononoke (ghosts, demons and other supernatural creatures from Japanese folklore)stand in Mako's way, which she eliminates by using a magic wand used to cast spells, Red Nectar that slows down adversaries, and potions that can save her skin. As if that wasn't enough, some b?stances are angry, so before delivering packages to them, they too must be defeated in battle to calm their anger.

Reinforcements

The game is worth the candle, however, because by delivering packages, we receive Talismans of Divine Blessing, providing us with various reinforcements (such as upgrading the Red Nectar or increasing the chance of items falling out). Thanks to this, over time Mako becomes an increasingly effective courier and fighter.
